March Madness Selection 2025: NCAA Tournament Bracket Reveal

March Madness

With a record of 16 and 17, they will be scouting the first four games between St. Francis in the tournament for the first time since 1991 and Alabama State the Southwest Atlantic winners.  We then go to Thursday activities in Lexington, where Louisville is the eighth seed and arriving at Lexington.

Originally predicted to finish ninth in the ACC, they now with head coach Pat Kelsey won 19 more games than a year ago back in the dance for the first time since 2019.  Creighton Blue Jays will be their opponent.  Overs 19 points a game behind Ryan Kalkbrenner, who also voted Big East Defensive Player of the Year for a record fourth consecutive season.

Then, on Thursday in Denver, action involving Michigan, the five seed.  They are still commemorating their Big Ten crown and a 17-win first year under Dusty May improvement. And they will encounter, in Denver, UC San Diego.  With their first season of tournament eligibility, the Tritons bring the longest winning run in the country—15 in a row.

And when considering forcing turnovers and scoring the basketball, one of the top offenses and defenses in the nation.  We now go on to the four vs 13 game.  And Texas A&M is involved here.  When they beat Auburn earlier this year, they achieved their first ever victory over a number one in school history.  Their area of influence is same. Yale performs physically like anyone else in this tournament.

Texas, then, is a m all right  Now, we travel to the southern half and have Friday games in Milwaukee.  Lead by a lineup of ten seniors, it is ole miss in for the first time since 2019.  And they will be looking at this and scouting Saint’s first four.  San Diego State is against north Carolina.

North Carolina is your answer, though, if anyone wants to know what everyone’s going to be talking about following the event.  Their non-conference quality of schedule—the fifth strongest in the nation—got them in; but, that will be a major point of discussion given 1-12 quad one record.

There is no doubt about that.  All right, to the three seeds here.  Playing Friday, Iowa State, a 17-2 start, hopes to get a couple stars back from injuries in Tammen Lipsy and Keyshawn Gilbert. Donovan Dent, KM Jones in that one, people.  Also the two seeds are Michigan State. Extending his personal record, 7-1 versus ranked power conference opponent, Tom Izzo made 27 straight NCAA tournament appearances.

Michigan State had an amazing season.  Not really on anyone’s radar screen to start the season; instead, build yourself into a two seed based on performance.  And they will encounter Bryant Bulldogs from the America East, under Phil Martelli Jr., to start things moving.  Thus, let us first enlarge the southern portion presently and then return up to the top of this bracket.  Seth, what is so noteworthy here?

Having their debut season in Division I, they wish to keep on playing.  They are en route to the Sweet sixteen.  Boy, I tell you, looking at Louisville as an 8 seed, that squad and Pat Kelsey must have found that unexpected.  Played in the ACC Tournament Championship game, a phenomenal year ends up in that 8 seed.

Now, we will descend to the bottom of the bracket clearly with reference to the North Carolina situation.  Hearing how they ended up in the bracket given their numerical appearance will be fascinating.  Again, though, fresh measurements will enable us to have the chair explain that to us later on.  If you go down to the bottom, second from the bottom, that Marquette, New Mexico, I stated earlier, two of the finest points in the nation heading at it.

That will be an outstanding match.  And Michigan State, considering where they were earlier in the season, if you look at them at the bottom as a two seed, poor Phil Martelli Jr. is getting a hot team that I believe is somewhat offended that they did not qualify for the Big Ten finals.  Michigan State will so be ready to go.

Back in studio with the boys, Matt Norlander, Hakeem Dermott, Tim Doyle, Joe Musso, here to discuss winners and losers; all right, one region in the books, and the lads will have huge predictions later.  This tournament is beautiful; each one of these events is finite, but it’s also the violence of striving to get there.  Thus, let us discuss largest winner, largest loser as we currently have this.

Bracket right in front of us  Your biggest winner is Matt Norlander right here.  Since essentially every year we do this, you can say that the likes of your Texas’s, North Carolina’s, Xavier’s, teams that enter Dayton are huge winners since their tournament fate hangs in the balance and they get to play one more game. I’m going a big picture team for the winner.  Thus, aside from the teams making it into the first four, I would want to name Houston.

And the reason is, from a better seeded viewpoint in perhaps meeting Gonzaga, I believe the Cougars, with their draw, have possibly the toughest second round game anyone will have.  On the lower half of the bracket, a Kentucky squad without full strength.  You have Tennessee, which is really nice, but not as good as Houston and does a lot of the same kind of activity.  I thus will consider Houston as a major winner here.

I appreciate their possibilities as, in the Midwest, the benefit they have with where they will be shipped off to is evident.  And then Tim? What about you?  Indeed, Kelvin Sampson boasts four consecutive winning 30 win seasons.  Three thirty win seasons, four straight.  That is ridiculous, particularly in our surroundings right now.  Michigan State will be the biggest winner among others.

This is what I think, not because he stopped my college career.  I assumed this change in recruiting and portaling would be like, Tom Izzo would be like, I guess I’m gone. They seem to be a big winner.  They elevated Auburn to that level.  Ole Miss at a six seems like a scam from the rest of their bracket.  Michigan scored five; they will lose in the first round.  Iowa State doesn’t score three in health.

Given Michigan’s performance in the Big Ten tournament, there is no justification for having it as a five.  What, fourth or fifth most in quad one wins generally?  Not only then is there a mis-seeding issue involved.  A four I could have really approved of.  For the Wolverines, a five really hurts.  They have to play UC San Diego.

This is how it might be.  Two seed lines divide UC San Diego from Michigan.  At Kenpom, they separate by eleven spots overall.  Michigan is 25; UC San Diego entered Monday with an overall score of 27.36.  UC San Diego boasts a truly outstanding team.  If you were to visit the 6-11s, I don’t think any team of those eight possibilities has a tougher first-round assignment than Michigan with UC San Diego; although Michigan can win the game, I consider it to be a loser in terms of it was misseeded and given.

They have a game maybe in the Final Four that would be simpler than any other game in their area.  Should they win their first game, they are facing at UConn, a multi-national championship winner.  Maryland is in the wings if they win that game. One team exists, however it’s not likely and not going to happen.  Actually Illinois is the squad that might encounter six SEC clubs should they be crowned champions.

You might have Kentucky waiting if Texas beats Xavier.  Tennessee might be here.  Unlikely as it may seem, you may have Georgia waiting alongside the teams you maintain continuous operations on.  Not likely, but there is actually a way a team could have to pass the six SEC teams in order to claim the national title.
